Compression molding is the most fundamental method of molding, also very cost-effective and widely used. It involves compressing pre-heated rubber into a mold cavity and holding it until cured. Benefits of compression molding include.

Rubber Tiles are made by proper mixing of crumb rubber and poly urethane binders in a specific temperature and pressure

The shape, size and the softness of the tiles can be customized. Usually the thickness of the tiles is determined by the critical fall height

Highly resilient in & Out Door sports flooring system ideal for multipurpose courts, tennis, basketball, volleyball, handball, as well as any other indoor sports court. Combination of a mixture of Poly-Urethane binder and Crumb Rubber, applied by paver machine in thickness of 10-20 MM and polyurethane elastic top coating system in 2mm – 5MMthickness

Elastic wet-pour, polyurethane, safety flooring ideal for volleyball, handball, basketball, football courts and multipurpose courts.

Applied in two layers

Layer 1 (Bottom Layer)

Crumb Rubber layer, this layer is formed by a mixture of Crumb rubber mixed and poly urethane binder, the thickness of the layer will depend on the critical fall height, usually 10-100 MM.

Layer 2 (Top Layer)

Consists of a mixture of EPDM granules and poly urethane binders applied by paving machine or by trowel. It can create many designs and patterns by the use of different colors of EPDM

Crumb Rubber

The crumb rubber is produced from Steel belted radials truck tires and thereby ARCO eliminate the chance of nylon textiles in the final product. During the process, the product is passed through serval magnetic separators and it make sure the complete removal of steel particles.

The crumb rubber is used in Asphalt Modification, Artificial Grass infill and also for manufacturing of rubber tiles, wet pour and molded products.
